Welcome to the start of our blog!  Ed and I are a happily married couple living in the ‘burbs of Denver, and we have decided to chronicle our life.  The name of our blog was inspired by our respective heritages - my husband is Irish, and I am Korean.  We share our home with Dot, our feline companion (who has her own blog).  Well, we hope to keep our blog updated with current happenings, starting with this 4th of July weekend with the Corned Beef clan!
